(1) 空港カウンターでのお受取
空港のカウンターにてお受取いただけます。空港カウンターでのお受取の対応可能な、以下の「空港受取対応カウンター一覧」よりお選び下さい。
ご注文時に備考欄へ「ご搭乗日前日」の日付をご入力ください。
配送方法は「空港宅急便」をお選びください。
* 内容に不備がある場合、お荷物が届かない・遅れる場合がございます。
(2) ご宿泊先ホテル・旅館等でのお受取
ホテルや旅館などのご宿泊先にてお受取いただけます。
ご注文時にお届け先情報へ下記情報をご入力ください。

* 予め、ご宿泊先に対して、荷物の受け取り依頼についてご連絡いただけますと幸いです。

If you would like to pick up your order at the airport counter or at the hotel you will be staying at, please see below.
(1) Pick-up at the airport counter
You can pick up your order at the airport counter. Please select from the “List of airport pickup counters” that offer counter pickup service below.
Please enter the date of “the day prior to the boarding date” in the remarks column when you place your order.
Please select “Airport Takkyubin” as the delivery method.
* Incomplete information may result in the parcel not being delivered or being delayed.
(2) Pick-up at the hotel you are staying
You can pick up your order at your hotel or ryokan.
Please enter the following information in the delivery address information when you place your order.
* Incomplete information may result in the parcel not being delivered or being delayed.
* We would appreciate it if you could contact your hotel in advance to request that they pick up your package.
